El Panteón de Sacramento is the re-imagination of a traditional Mexican Día de los Muertos celebration in a small town cemetery. With dancing, music, family and community altars this is one of Northern California’s signature Día de los Muertos events.

This family and pup friendly event is sure to delight all the monsters in your life. With food, live music, performances, trick or treating, costume contests and a large movie screen playing clips of classic Halloween films, there’s no doubt you’ll be in the Halloween spirit in no time.

This delightful, not frightful train is just the ticket for the whole family. The diesel-powered train is decorated for the season with cornstalks, scarecrows, skeletons, bats and spiders. Each operating weekend the Spookomotive will have a special theme, and includes exciting on board entertainment and a tasty Halloween treat!
Pumpkin and Planes: Halloween in the Air Park Aerospace Museum of California Oct 30 | Sat 10am-2pm
Celebrate Halloween early with Amelia Bearhart and friends on Saturday, October 30th at the museum’s huge outdoor Air Park. Fly on by for trick-or-treating, music, Halloween-themed activities, and games for the whole family!
Monster Mash Crocker Art Museum Oct 30 | Sat 11am
To kick off a thrilling Halloween weekend, costumed kiddos and their grownups are invited to a participatory performance full of amazement and artistic inspiration! Following the performance, explore the galleries with a Halloween-inspired scavenger hunt, take a festive family portrait, and discover a magical surprise or two.
