Verge Center for the Arts

Founded in September 2008, Verge Center for the Arts is a 501(c)3 non-profit arts organization focused on the promotion and support of contemporary art and ideas in the Sacramento region. Its mission is to extend the dialogue about contemporary art to the central valley by providing vital resources to local career and emerging artists as well as offering arts education opportunities for youth and adults. This mission is accomplished through high-profile contemporary art programming, artist residencies, and a range of educational events including lectures, film screenings, and studio visits.
